Refund policy

14-DAY RETURNS

Damaged, defective or wrong item: Email us at lovemanceinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. No need to send it back. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Changed your mind: You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Personalized items: Items personalized with photos, names or engravings can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
